Starting from the pole, Rick Ravon led every lap but one (when he pitted) followed by Breuning and Patrick Day, which was basically how the race was run. Charles Harris and Don Warren rounded out the top 5.

It was Don Warren that took the pole, but he scraped the wall early on. It were Day, Breuning, Smithem and Miller battling wheel to wheel all race long, with Warren recovering and mixing it in there as well, until he did the same thing again later. At the end, it was Day that took the win by 0.08 over Breuning, with Miller close in 3rd and Smithem in 4th, still within 1/2 a second of the winner. Charles Harris rounded out the top 5 in a caution free event!

Rick Ravon started from the pole and led flag to flag, while behind him Patrick Day, Steven Martinez, Mike Erter, Marc Breuning and Don Warren had a fierce battle for 2nd. On lap 56, Day ran a little wide and collected Breuning, his race ended there, while Day kept going with repairs.
As the white flag flew, it was Steven Martinez, Don Warren and Patrick Day diving three wide into the final turn. At the exit, both Martinez and Warren got loose and spun. Day took 2nd and Bill Smithem survived the mayhem to grab 3rd. Erter was 4th and Forrester 5th.

Pole sitter Patrick Day led flag to flag at Willow Springs, initially followed by front row starter Breuning. On lap 5 Breuning blew the engine going in the first turn and had to pit for repairs. That opened the road for Mike Erter in 2nd and Charles Harris in 3rd. Breuning managed to bring it home in 4th after the repairs, ahead of 5th place Jeff Bruno.

Rick Ravon started from the pole in Detroit and never looked back. Breuning followed him from his front row start but was never fast enough to threaten. Behind there, Patrick Day fell victim to someone spinning in front of him, which handed 3rd place to Brent Cook. Day, who had dropped to 6th, worked his way back to 4th and Bill Smithem rounded out the top 5.
